Current Endeavors: April is currently pursuing her bachelor’s degree in criminal justice at Augusta University. She is also the founder of AP Rose Entertainment, a multi-media company dedicated to supporting women who have been incarcerated, providing them a platform to share their stories and realize their entrepreneurial dreams.

This support is crucial in helping her achieve her dreams of becoming an attorney and expanding her platform to empower justice-impacted women. April will use the award to cover initial college tuition.
